THE LISBON CONFERENCE ON STOCK MARKETS IN HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE will take place at Lisbon, Nova SBE, Palacete Ventura Terra, Rua Marquês de Fronteira, nº 20, on 25-26 May, 2012.

It will gather researchers working in this issue, and it is a pre-session to prepare the Section STOCK MARKETS IN HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE to be held at the 2012 World Congress of the International Economic History Association, in Stellenbosch, South Africa, from 9 to 13 July, 2012.
